Jason is the Regional Vice President of Land with Dream; overseeing all land development activity within Saskatoon and Regina. Prior to joining Dream about 10 years ago, he spent 16 years with the City of Regina, most recently as the Executive Director of Planning and Development where he was the executive sponsor of several major city plans, including the Downtown Neighbourhood Plan, Regina Comprehensive Housing Strategy, and the Official Community Plan. Jason has a Master of Arts degree in Urban Geography and has periodically served as sessional lecturer at the University of Regina. Jason currently serves as Past Chair on Regina’s Warehouse Business Improvement District Board, Director on the Regina Food Bank Board, and is Chair of the Regina and Region Homebuilders Association’s (RRHBA) Community Developer Committee. Other board involvement has included the YMCA, RRHBA, Regina Pats Community Foundation, and the Community Leadership Committee for the Plan to End Homelessness.  With both public and private sector experience, he understands and believes strongly in the importance of collaboration between sectors to achieve community goals.
