Brad Wilson is a Landscape Architect with 16+ years’ experience working with Stantec. His experiences growing up in the foothills NW of Calgary and in southern Saskatchewan have shaped his life through work and play. You will find him playing ball, golf, and hockey, or out with his family seeking new adventures in Saskatchewan or snowboarding in the Rockies. His work has provided a variety of opportunities in the healthcare, education, and commercial sectors, as well as downtown improvement projects, and greenfield subdivisions such as Harbour Landing and Eastbrook. Brad has extensive experience working with land developers and creating open space systems for new communities and enjoys seeing the smiles on people’s faces as they experience a new green space for the first time.

This walking tour will be led by Dream Asset Management – the developers of some of Regina’s premier neighbourhoods, including Eastbrook, Harbour Landing, and, soon to be, Coopertown. We will visit Kiswehap Park – an innovative urban plaza that incorporates programmable opportunities, art, leisure and recreation – and will tour both built-out parts of the neighbourhood and areas under construction, examining innovative housing examples, and learning about some of the engineering detail.
This tour will provide lessons for community development from professional planners, engineers and developers.
