As the CEO & Co-Founder of Buckets & Borders, the organization creates impact through building basketball courts, telling impactful stories and actively engaging communities in the process. The organization works hand in hand with organizations like the NBA, WNBA, Canada Basketball and more. Founded in Regina, the organization now completes projects across the country and globally.
Prior to pursuing Buckets & Borders full time, Justin was the GM & Partner at Path Cowork, Vice President of Saskatchewan Young Professionals & Entrepreneurs (SYPE), and a board member of Regina Community Basketball Association (RCBA).
Buckets & Borders started in 2015 as a project to document basketball culture around the world. Since then, the non-profit organization has visited and played basketball in more than 50 countries.
